A three-storey UrbanKriti house at dusk: terracotta jaali screens, a coffered terrace canopy and timber-framed windows lit warm against a blue sky

Built around design, site and responsibility.

UrbanKriti is a Noida-based design and build studio working across architecture, interiors, construction, renovation and master planning.

Started by two architects.

Both founders are architects and urban designers, so the studio reads a room, a building and its site as one connected question.

Design choices and site decisions are made in the same conversation.

What guides our work.

  1. Decisions before site

What gets built should be agreed before work starts.

  2. Drawings people can build from

A drawing should tell the site team exactly what to build.

  3. Site questions answered in time

On an open site, a small delay soon becomes a larger one.

  4. Finishes tied to execution

A finish is only settled once its fixing, level and sequence are known.
